Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the vfmdecor.com website.
Following situations may arise: -
Item was defective.
Item was damaged during the Shipping.
Product(s) was/were missing.
Wrong item(s) was/were sent by the Seller.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision.
Buyer need to raise a return request within 7 days from the date of receipt of product by contacting us on our contact number: 9624407991
Amount will be refunded only after the product is verified by the seller (as mentioned above) and it will be done within 10 working days once we receive the product.
What is the return process?
The return of the footwear is initiated by sending a request email to vfmdecor@gmail.com along with the following details:
3 Images of the item which you have received (top, bottom and side).
Order Number
Reason of your return.
No Customer return in case of Tag seal is broken or missing.
